COLLEGE BASKETBALL: TONIGHT’S GAMES
NONCONFERENCE
* LOYOLA OF CHICAGO (5-0) at CAL STATE FULLERTON (3-2)
Time--7.
Cal State Fullerton, which played four of its first five games on the road, begins a four-game home stand. The Titans showed signs of improvement after last year’s 6-20 record, winning at Brigham Young, Montana and Loyola Marymount, but Tuesday’s 77-53 loss at San Diego was a setback. The Titans shot 38% from the field and were outrebounded by 20. The Ramblers have been effective from three-point range, and guard Derek Molis was five for seven in their last game.
