Pitchers Sean Douglass of Antelope Valley High and Shaun Fishman of El Camino Real are expected to face each other today at 3 p.m. in a San Fernando tournament game at El Camino Real. Antelope Valley (3-1) was ranked No. 5 in The Times’s preseason regional baseball poll. El Camino Real (2-1) was ranked sixth.
