No. 5 Edison 5, Ocean View 1--Five players scored for visiting Edison: Kim Stempkowski, Yvonne Pierson, Jamie Henderson, Kristina Furniss and LeAnn Morton.

No. 7 Los Alamitos 2, Long Beach Wilson 1--Junior defender Susan Palmer and junior forward Nikki Szlak each scored second-half goals for Los Alamitos (3-0-1).

Corona del Mar 4, Laguna Beach 2--Freshman fullback Natalia Dorfman scored two goals and added an assist for Corona del Mar (2-1-3). Meghann Clark and Bonnie Watson also scored for Corona del Mar.

Garden Grove 3, Orange 0--Rhiannon Lee scored two goals and Marlene Gonzalez added one for the Argonauts (4-0), who scored their goals in the first half.

Santa Ana 5, Los Amigos 0--Gabby Lagunas scored twice for Santa Ana (4-1-1) over Los Amigos (1-4).

Sonora 1, El Dorado 1--Tina Fodor scored from 20 yards with five minutes left tying the score for host Sonora (2-0-1).

University 0, Fountain Valley 0--Laurel Averatt had eight saves for University (1-1-2) and Jennifer Arevalos and Erin Bottis combined for 14 saves for Fountain Valley (2-1-1).

Valencia 3, Rosary 2--Katie Eatherton scored two goals for Valencia (4-0), including the game-winner in the 70th minute.

Westminster 5, Bolsa Grande 0--Freshman Maria Ramirez scored twice for Westminster (2-0-3).

Whittier Christian 7, Bellflower 1--Megan Brenn scored five goals, giving her eight in four games for Whittier Christian (2-1-1). Vanessa Galvan scored the other two for the Heralds.

In the El Rancho boys’ soccer tournament:

Calvary Chapel 1, Bellflower 0--Tim Metzger’s goal for Calvary Chapel in the 26th minute was the difference for the Eagles in the consolation championship. Metzger has scored in all five games for the Eagles (4-0-1).

In nonleague boys’ soccer:

No. 5 Esperanza 4, Tustin 0--Esperanza’s David Munoz scored in the 39th minute to break a scoreless tie. The Aztecs are 4-1.

Los Alamitos 3, Long Beach Millikan 2--Jared Eckardt scored the game-winning goal for Los Alamitos midway through the second half. Los Alamitos is 3-0.

Santa Ana Valley 4, Mission Viejo 1--Santa Ana Valley scored its goals in the final 15 minutes, led by sophomore Aaron Barragan two. Miguel Leal and Efrain Cisneros-Kalushan each had one. Freshman goalkeeper Enio Bravo stopped 14 shots in his first varsity start for Valley (1-1).
