The Eagles won their second consecutive Southern Section Division V championship with Palmer leading the way, with a six-touchdown performance in a 55-42 victory over Tustin. Palmer, recruited by Colorado and USC, completed 19 of 30 passes for 412 yards and five touchdowns and also scored on a one-yard run.

* Katella, junior. Tournament MVP scored 19 points in La Quinta tournament final, a 67-55 victory over Calvary Chapel.
DeShaun Foster/Football/Running Back
* Tustin, senior. Rushed for 378 yards and six touchdowns in 32 carries in Division V final, giving him 3,398 yards and 59 touchdowns this season.
Michael Jones/Football/Running Back
* Laguna Hills, senior. Rushed for 369 yards and four touchdowns in 48 carries during 56-14 victory over La Mirada in the Division VII final.
