Marina d. Crescenta Valley, 15-3, 15-7, 15-1--The Vikings (15-2) had 19 aces in a second-round match at Crescenta Valley.

Chanda McLeod had nine kills and nine aces, and Katie Keating had nine kills, while Lindsay Phillips had eight kills and seven aces.

Mele Misi had five kills for the Falcons (13-6).

Buena d. Highland, 9-15, 12-15, 15-7, 15-8, 15-11--Krystal McFarland had 26 kills and Nici Matlock added 16 for the Bulldogs (10-8), who pulled off their second upset in as many rounds.

Colleen McConville had 12 service points in the third game to spur the turnaround for Buena, which defeated Foothill League champion Canyon on Tuesday.

Highland (17-1) won the Golden League.

DIVISION II-A

Westlake d. Redondo, 15-2, 15-4, 15-4--Heather Hutchison and Megan Mullen each had nine kills for the Warriors (30-3) in a second-round match at Westlake.

Harvard-Westlake d. Nordhoff, 15-3, 15-2, 15-10--Kim Parker had four kills for the third-seeded Wolverines (14-3) in the first round at Harvard-Westlake.

DIVISION III-AA

Calabasas d. San Luis Obispo, 14-16, 8-15, 17-15, 15-12, 15-12--Brooke Niles had 42 kills and Carina Nusinov added 28 kills for the Coyotes (13-5) in a first-round match at San Luis Obispo (10-5).

DIVISION IV-AA

Flintridge Sacred Heart d. Carpinteria, 15-6, 16-14, 15-7--Megan Hosp had 17 kills for the third-seeded Tologs in a first-round match at Flintridge Sacred Heart.

Danielle Dal Ponte added 10 kills for the Tologs (13-3), defending IV-AA champions.

Louisville d. La Reina, 15-5, 13-15, 15-10, 15-6--Jennifer Borncamp had 22 kills for the Royals (8-7) in a first-round upset at La Reina (16-2).

DIVISION IV-A

L.A. Baptist d. Mojave, 15-1, 15-3, 15-5--Gloria Erickson had 15 kills and Kristen Jensen added 10 for the Knights (15-2) in a first-round match at L.A. Baptist.

Providence d. Village Christian, 16-14, 18-16, 15-7--Sonia Pelayo had nine kills, 12 digs and five aces for the Pioneers (16-3) in a first-round match at Village Christian.

St. Bonaventure d. Brentwood, 15-5, 15-9, 10-15, 12-15, 15-10--Kristen Jones had 16 kills and Tomi Domerowik added 14 kills to help the Seraphs (11-6) come from behind in a first-round match at Brentwood.

The Seraphs trailed, 10-4, in game five, but scored the final 11 points.

Kathleen Solomon had eight kills for St. Bonaventure.

DIVISION V-AA

Campbell Hall d. Western Christian, 15-6, 15-7, 15-11--Cicely Carew had 13 kills and five aces for the Vikings (12-5) in a second-round match at Campbell Hall.

Bishop Diego d. Viewpoint, 15-2, 15-2, 15-7--Darby Stern had nine kills, but the Patriots (17-5) were swept in the second round at Bishop Diego.
