Authorities Seek 3 Men on Warrants

Investigators with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department are asking for help in locating three men who are wanted on outstanding felony warrants.

Investigators are searching for Jesus Fernandez Ruiz, 26, for failing to appear for a scheduled court appearance after being arrested on suspicion of drunken driving and drug possession.

He is described as 5 feet 6 and 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. His last known address was on the 5200 block of South J Street in Oxnard.

Ronald Houston, 48, is wanted for violating terms of his probation and jumping bail. He was on probation after being convicted of drunk driving and causing injury.

Houston is described as 5 feet 9 and 145 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair. He has “Ronnie” tattooed on his right arm. His last known address was the Motel 6 on Johnson Drive in Ventura.

Andre Darnell Chandler, 22, is wanted for violating the terms of his probation. Chandler was on probation for a drug conviction.

He is described as 5 feet 8 and 150 pounds, with hazel eyes and black hair. His last known address was on the 100 block of H Street in Oxnard.

Investigators encourage anyone with information to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK or 494-TALK.

Tipsters can call anonymously and if the information leads to an arrest and conviction, they could receive rewards of up to $1,000, officials said.
