Quintana’s Goals Key Orange Coast Soccer Victory

Jose Quintana scored two goals to lead Orange Coast past Los Angeles Harbor, 4-0, in men’s soccer Tuesday at OCC.

Goalkeeper Naoshi Murase had seven saves for the host Pirates (1-1-2). Harbor is 3-2-1.

In other nonconference games:

Cerritos 3, Cypress 0--Andy Pluma and John Vargas scored first-half goals for Cerritos (4-0). Cypress is 1-4.

Glendale 2, Fullerton 1--Goalkeeper Mike Clines had nine saves for host Fullerton (0-3-3). Glendale is 4-1-1.

In nonconference water polo:

Cypress 23, East Los Angeles 2--Robert Fair scored five goals for host Cypress (3-0), which scored 10 goals in the first quarter.

In nonconference women’s volleyball:

Saddleback 3, El Camino 1--Caren Driggs had 19 kills and Richelle Danet had 40 assists for visiting Saddleback (2-0), which won, 15-5, 15-6, 13-15, 15-6. El Camino is 0-1.
