Harvard-Westlake Gets Running Start by Witter

George Witter rushed for 148 yards and three touchdowns in 18 carries for Harvard-Westlake High in a 35-7 victory over North Hollywood on Saturday in an intersectional game at Harvard-Westlake.
Witter, who has rushed for 241 yards and five touchdowns in two games, scored on runs of two, one and 69 yards.
His 69-yard run in the fourth quarter was the last of five consecutive touchdowns for the Wolverines (2-0), who were tied, 7-7, at halftime.
Matt Felder completed 12 of 17 passes for 182 yards and two touchdowns with one interception.
Holmes had six receptions for 90 yards, including a 20-yard touchdown catch that deflected off a North Hollywood defender.
The Wolverines limited the Huskies (0-2) to 153 yards and sacked Billydee Payne 10 times for 63 yards.
Payne completed nine of 13 passes for 111 yards and a touchdown.
Running back Matt Hicks of North Hollywood had five receptions for 63 yards and intercepted a pass.
