Some Good Questions About Tyson Hearing

News item: Mike Tyson to have psychiatric evaluation. Who are we kidding here? The Nevada athletic commission, in its infinite wisdom, has decided that in order for Tyson to get back into the ring to try to legally kill someone, he has to first pass some sort of psychiatric test? Isn’t that a contradiction in terms? Don’t you have to fail a test like that to get into the ring in the first place?
