Village Christian and Paraclete play tonight at L.A. Baptist for the championship of the Alpha League tournament, which will determine who goes to the Southern Section playoffs as the league’s No. 1 team.
They split their previous two games and tied for the regular season league championship.
If not for the tournament, Village Christian and Paraclete would have advanced to the playoffs as first-place teams because they compete in different divisions.
