Placed second in 200 individual medley in 1:56.07 and was part of El Camino Real’s title-winning 200 medley and 400 free relay teams. Won four backstroke titles and three 200 individual medley titles in career.

Younger brother of former Granada Hills standout Sarah Clark made name for himself by winning City titles in 500 freestyle (4:42.97) and 200 individual medley (1:55.92). Was member of 400 free relay that finished second and 200 medley relay that placed third in City finals for third-place Highlanders.

Won Southern Section Division I championship in 100 breaststroke with time of 58.40 seconds, good for All-American consideration. Victory came after he qualified third in preliminaries.

After placing second in 100 freestyle and eighth in 200 free in Division I finals as a junior, he won the 50 free with personal-best time of 20.92 and placed second behind Mission Viejo’s Juan Veloz in 100 butterfly in 51.24. Will attend Brown.

Repeat all-region selection was best sprinter in area, winning Southern Section Division II titles in 50 and 100 freestyle events in All-American times of 20.71 and 45.32 seconds. Helped Crescenta Valley win third consecutive Division II championship.

Versatile athlete won City Section boys’ diving championship, placed fifth in 100 butterfly and was member of Patriots’ fourth-place 400 free and fifth-place 200 medley relays. His points were key to Birmingham’s fourth-place finish.

Clemson-bound Taylor won Division II 500 freestyle title for second consecutive season and finished second in 200 free, also for second year in a row. His times of 4:33.03 in 500 and 1:42.26 in 200 were good for All-American consideration. Anchored 400 free relay that finished third in 3:14.42 in meet’s last event to clinch team title for Falcons.
