Public’s Help Sought in Finding Suspects

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s help in locating four people wanted on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, probation violation or failure to appear in court.

Adrian Peter Ladouceur, 28, allegedly failed to appear in court after he was arrested in December on suspicion of theft, drug and traffic violations.

Ladouceur was last known to have lived in the 11000 block of Citrus Street in Ventura and worked with D&A; Construction on Knoll Street in Ventura.

He is Latino, 6 feet 2, weighs 220 pounds and has brown hair and eyes. On his right arm, he has tattoos of hands, a lady and the words “mi vida loca.” A tattoo on his left arm reads “Oxnard.”

Jarreau Jacob Kennedy, 20, was arrested on suspicion of possession of narcotics in September, but he failed to appear in court, authorities said. He is African American, 5 feet 7, 120 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.

Kennedy’s last known address was in the 200 block of Green Heath Place in Thousand Oaks and his last known employer was Macy’s in Thousand Oaks.

James Thomas Hetherington, 43, was convicted on three counts of writing bad checks and placed on probation. In February, authorities said, Hetherington violated his probation and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

Hetherington is white, 6 feet 2, 210 pounds, with brown eyes and hair. He is last known to have lived in the 400 block of Tuolumne Avenue in Thousand Oaks and last known to have worked with Swatosh Construction in Westlake Village.

Wanda Jeanne Krogman, also known as Wanda Jeanne Ennis, 44, was arrested in September on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and being under the influence of a controlled substance. Officials said a warrant was issued for her arrest after she failed to appear in court.

Krogman is last known to have lived in the 1000 block of Seaward Avenue in Ventura. She is white, 5 feet 6, 180 pounds, with blond hair and brown eyes. She has a butterfly and flower tattoo on her left arm and a cobra tattoo on her left shoulder.

Anyone with information is asked to call Ventura County Crime Stoppers at 385-8255 or 494-8255. The information can be given anonymously and there is a cash reward for any information that leads to a conviction.
