El Modena made it 21-7 midway through the third quarter on Brown’s 34-yard touchdown pass to Duane McCabe, who had four catches for 93 yards.

Mayfair (8-3) got back in the game when Jim Manley scored on a six-yard touchdown run, set up by a blocked punt by Kennett.

Mayfair scored first, late in the first quarter, after Manley shot through the left side of the line for a 59-yard gain. Five plays later, Kennett scored from one yard.
