LAKE FOREST
The Planning Commission has approved the signs for the Foothill Gateway commercial project, on the west side of Portola Parkway at Saddleback Parkway.
The commercial area will be allowed to have monument signs, directional signs and wall signs.
The first phase of the project was approved by the commission in December 1999 and consisted of four buildings, including the LA Fitness building, a fast-food facility and two retail buildings.
