Police Release Name of Man Killed in Car

Police on Tuesday released the identity of a 22-year-old man shot to death as he sat in his car in North Hollywood.
Garnick Madoyan of North Hollywood was shot several times in his car about 5 p.m. Monday in the 11500 block of Sylvan Street. Police have no motive or suspects.
Witnesses described a man running from the scene as in his early 20s, with a shaved head, and wearing a white T-shirt and dark trousers.
