Granada Hills 35, South Gate 6--The Highlanders (3-0) rolled for 348 yards and forced four turnovers at South Gate.

Robert Ortega rushed for 56 yards and two touchdowns in five carries and took a screen pass from Bobby Baca 45 yards for a touchdown in the second quarter.

Baca completed eight of 15 passes for 128 yards.

Bryan Wilson rushed for 111 yards and a touchdown.

Joey Rodriguez had two interceptions for Granada Hills (3-0), which limited the Rams to 174 yards and has outscored opponents, 102-6.

Chatsworth 29, Poly 21--Sam Riley returned kickoffs 97 and 91 yards for touchdowns to spark the Chancellors at Poly.

Riley also intercepted a pass to set up a 36-yard field goal by Tom Colley.

Jason Moss had 67 yards in nine carries and scored on a four-yard run for the Chancellors (1-2).

Marlon Goode rushed for 72 yards in 15 carries for Poly (0-3).
