No. 4 Trabuco Hills 7, Servite 3--Trabuco Hills used five walks and two hit batters to score six runs in the sixth inning. Mike Thompson had two hits, including a double, and scored twice for Trabuco Hills (16-4).

In the championship game of the Chino Don Lugo tournament:

Fountain Valley 15, El Monte Arroyo 5 (5, mercy)--Junior left fielder Gilbert Gonzales hit a solo home run in the third inning and scored three times for the Barons (13-7, 5-4).

In a consolation game at the Pride of the Coast tournament:

Santa Ana Valley 9, No. 9 Corona del Mar 3 (8)--Gus Navarro came from behind the plate to strike out three batters and earn his first victory. He also homered in the six-run eighth inning.

In semifinal games at the San Jose West Coast tournament:

Edison 3, Mountain View St. Francis 2--Marcus McCutcheon had two hits and scored the winning run in the seventh on Cory Vanderhook’s groundout for Edison, which will play Mater Dei in tonight’s championship game.

Mater Dei 6, Westlake Village Westlake 5--Mater Dei scored three runs in the fifth to overcome a 5-3 deficit. After Sergio Santos doubled in C.J. Cook, Richard Mercado tied the score with another double and then scored two batters later on a wild pitch.

In the Garden Grove League:

No. 3 La Quinta 5, Bolsa Grande 4--Bryan Kelley’s one-out, bases-loaded single drove in the tying and winning runs for La Quinta (18-2, 6-1).

Santiago 6, Los Amigos 0--Brian Pilkington struck out 17 and walked only one in pitching a two-hitter for Santiago (7-8, 3-4).
