Arguably region’s best runner before collapsing in Southern Section Division I final and being inadvertently tripped in West region events.

Won Southern Section Division I title before placing second in state meet and 15th in West region championships.

Kelly, who is retiring at the end of track season, guided Peninsula to an upset victory in the state Division I final after finishing fifth in the section championships.
