Shameka Christon had 20 points for No. 13 Arkansas (7-1), which overcame a 9-0 deficit Monday night and defeated Tulsa, 66-49, at Fayetteville, Ark.
Allison Curtin had 15 points for Tulsa (3-5).
No. 15 Oklahoma 70, Wichita State 64 -- Maria Villarroel scored 18 points to help the Sooners (7-2) overcome a 34-30 halftime deficit at Wichita, Kan.
Carlesa Dixon scored 17 points for Wichita State (4-2).
No. 17 Louisiana Tech 81, Louisiana Lafayette 50 -- Trina Frierson scored 17 points at Ruston, La., and the Lady Techsters (4-2) improved to 38-0 against Louisiana-Lafayette.
Sarah Richey scored 18 points for Louisiana Lafayette (1-4).
