County Officials to Discuss Terrorism

Two county officials will speak to the Rotary Club of Oxnard this month on the threat of terrorism in Ventura County.
On Tuesday, Sheriff Bob Brooks will speak on local responses to the terrorist threat. On Jan. 15, Barry Fisher, county emergency medical services coordinator, will address bioterrorism preparedness.
Both talks are at 1 p.m. at the Oxnard Radisson, 600 Esplanade Drive. For reservations, call club spokesman Don Miller at 485-7523.
