From Times Staff Reports

Authorities on Saturday were searching for two masked men who robbed a Bank of America branch of an undisclosed amount of money.

The holdup occurred shortly after 11 a.m. in the 2300 block of Borchard Road. Ventura County sheriff’s deputies said the pair entered the bank and yelled at everyone to get down. Then they hopped over the main service counter and grabbed cash from several teller drawers.

The pair left in a white pickup truck, which was found abandoned nearby a short time later. The truck had been stolen earlier in the day in the San Fernando Valley. Two ski masks and a small amount of cash were found inside.
