Update: Unbeaten in its first four home games, Chivas USA has tied for the third-best start to a season in MLS history, behind only the Kansas City Wizards in 2000 and the New England Revolution in 2006. Both of those teams started 6-0-2. In a 1-0 victory at San Jose last Saturday, Chivas USA midfielder Sasha Victorine played for the first time since suffering a season-ending knee injury in October. He played the last 16 minutes. Chivas has an 8-3-3 all-time regular-season record against Real, which is coming off a 2-2 tie at home Wednesday night against the Galaxy.
