Senior left-hander Jeff Rodner (2-1) pitched a five-hitter with two strikeouts and no walks and Jordan Gold had two hits and two RBIs for Granada Hills (3-2) at San Fernando (1-5). Rodner threw 58 pitches, 51 for strikes.
