Keaton Kim shot a two-over-par 34 to earn medalist honors for La Palma Kennedy, but the Fighting Irish (6-1, 1-1) suffered their first loss at Riverview Golf Course in Santa Ana.

Orange Lutheran (7-4, 3-0) had three players score in the 30s, including seniors Whitney Helleson, who had a 38, and Coley Lyon and Kelly Larson, who each shot a 39.

Jennifer Campbell of Brea Olinda (10-1, 5-0) was the medalist with a three-over-par 39 at Anaheim Hills Golf Club. Elise Rhee was the low scorer for Anaheim Canyon (4-5, 2-3) with a 42.

Villa Park 220, El Modena 250
Hannah Shin had seven pars and two bogeys while shooting a two-over-par 38 to earn medalist honors for Villa Park (6-3, 3-1) at Green River Golf Club. Wendy Sheehan and Missy Stein each had a 48 for El Modena (4-8, 0-4).

Erin Stashi shot one-under-par 35 and Jaymee Braunn shot 36 at Desert Willow Golf Club for Palm Desert (12-0, 5-0), which shot 200 or better for the fourth time this season.

Hillary Packard shot a five-over-par 41 to earn medalist honors in the loss for Thousand Oaks (3-5 in league). Heather Yaller was the low-scorer for Moorpark (6-4-1, 6-1-1) with 43.

Amy Johnson shot a six-over-par 37 to earn medalist honors for Chaminade (5-5, 2-2) at Knollwood Country Club.

Medalist Katie McKittrick shot a four-over-par 39 to lead Corona del Mar (7-1, 3-1) at Newport Beach Country Club. The Sea Kings set a new school record for the course, bettering it by four strokes.

Mater Dei 228, Santa Margarita 229
With five girls from each team carding rounds in the 40s on the par-35 Willowick Golf Course in Santa Ana, host Mater Dei (7-1, 4-0) edged Santa Margarita (6-3, 3-1) in a battle of the league’s top two teams. Indicative of the even play, Kathy Suarez of Santa Margarita and Calyn Dodge of Mater Dei each shot 41 to share medalist honors.

SUNSET LEAGUE

Esperanza 210, Marina 220
Jennifer Osborn of Marina birdied the par-five fourth and sixth holes and earned medalist honors with a two-under-par 34 for Marina and Lauren Smith had three birdies, on No. 3, No. 6 and No. 7, en route to one-under-par 35 for Esperanza at Black Gold Golf Club in Yorba Linda.

INTERSECTIONAL

Lauren Perry, Whitney French and Natasha Safronova each shot seven-over-par 43 for Dana Hills (3-5) at Encinitas Ranch Golf Course.

Medalist Natalie Cheek shot 45 at the par-36 Black Gold Golf Club to lead host El Dorado (5-4, 1-2).

Junior Angela Park of Torrance (7-0, 4-0) was the medalist with one-over par 35 at Palos Verdes Country Club. Palos Verdes (1-5, 1-3) was led by Jessie Lee, who shot a 48.

Senior Jennie Lee shot an even-par 37 to earn medalist honors for Edison (7-5, 3-1) at The Navy Golf Course in Seal Beach. Los Alamitos is 2-2 in league.

Medalist Joy Trotter shot an even-par 36 for Pomona Catholic at Diamond Bar Country Club. Alice Kim shot a 41 and Hye-Min Kim shot 42 for host Diamond Bar (5-2). Each team posted school records today as it is the inaugural year for both programs.

Lauren Smith and Alex Oh, both from Esperanza (10-2), each shot a five-over-par 41 to share medalist honors at Black Gold Golf Course in Yorba Linda.

Kayleigh Horn, who has been a medalist several times this season, shot a three-over-par 39 for victorious Newport Harbor (4-4) in the Sailors’ victory at Santa Ana Country Club. Kathy Suarez shot a 41 to lead Santa Margarita while Natalie Braganza of Newport Harbor added a 43.

Samantha Shade shot a three-over-par 39 to lead host Canyon (4-4, 2-2) at Anaheim Hills Golf Club. Tustin is 8-4, 1-2 in league.

Ashley Redmond led Hart (11-3-1) with 35. Melanie De Leon and Stephanie Aston both shot 34 for Saugus (9-4). Ashley Windsor was the low-scorer for Canyon (4-5) with 39 and Danie Caffey carded a 37 for Burroughs (3-9-1).

Medalist Stephanie Park shot a seven-over-par 38 and sophomore Lindsey Kernohan shot 43 at David L. Baker Golf Course for Ocean View (3-4, 3-4). Host Westminster is 0-10, 0-7.

St. Margaret’s 243, Estancia 267
Sophomore Piper Miller shot a three-over-par 38 to medal for her sixth time in seven matches for host St. Margaret’s (7-0, 7-0) at Marbella Country Club in San Juan Capistrano. Estancia is 4-3, 4-1.

Jami Duclos of Moorpark (5-4-1, 5-1-1) earned medalist honors with a nine-over-par 45 at Elkins Ranch Golf Course. Brittney Ondrejko shot 46 and Lauren Kelsey and Katie Deutsch each had 47 to lead Westlake (8-3, 7-0).

Amy Johnson and Farrell Ulrich each shot a 13-over-par 48 to lead Chaminade (4-5, 1-2) past Alemany (1-4, 0-3) at Porter Valley Country Club in Northridge.

Marcella Campbell shot a six-over-par 41 to earn medalist honors for Flintridge Sacred Heart (3-0 in league) at Woodland Hills Country Club. Lauren Wheeler had a 42 for Flintridge Sacred Heart. Lauren Dolezal shot a 57 to lead Louisville (0-3, 0-3).

Hillary Mow shot an even-par 37 despite having the flu at Encino Golf Course for Harvard-Westlake (3-0, 3-0). Faith DeGuzman shot 39 for Notre Dame (3-3, 2-1).

Medalist Hazel Kim shot a one-under-par 35 at the Links at Victoria to lead host North Torrance (3-4, 2-1). Kim birdied both par-five holes and finished with one bogey. Santa Monica is 3-1, 2-1.

Angela Park and Christina Siew of Torrance (6-0, 3-0) shared medalist honors with a two-over-par 38 at Los Verdes Golf Club. Palos Verdes dropped to 1-2 in league.

Medalist Lauren Lam shot a 38, Nicole Young shot 43, and Tiffany Chu shot 44 for San Marino (4-3) on the par-36 Alhambra Golf Course. Gianina Bautista shot a 45 for La Salle.
