Pop music: In the Arts & Books section elsewhere in this edition, a list of upcoming pop music events gives the release date of Bjork’s forthcoming album, “Biophilia,” as Sept. 27. The release date has been moved to Oct. 11. The change became known after the section went to press.

Hijacked jetliners: In the Sept. 11 Section A, Steve Lopez’s essay on the anniversary of Sept. 11, 2001, said that three jetliners commandeered by hijackers went down in New York, Washington and rural Pennsylvania. Four jetliners were hijacked that day.

NFL standings: The statistics for the AFC West in the 2010 NFL standings in the Sept. 11 Sports section were incorrect, showing the 2005 regular season rather than 2010.

Military obituary: In the Sept. 11 California section, the obituary of Douglas J. Jeffries Jr. in a listing of military deaths said that his hometown, Springville, is in Tuolumne County, east of Stockton. Springville is in Tulare County, northeast of Bakersfield.

Angels FYI: An article in the Sept. 11 Sports section about Jeremy Moore’s baserunning said that the Angels had defeated Minnesota the previous Wednesday. The Angels defeated Seattle on that day.

Major League Baseball: An article in the Sept. 11 Sports section about the benefits of a three-way trade among Arizona, Detroit and the New York Yankees misspelled the last name of Toronto’s Colby Rasmus as Ramus.
