Baseball: 20-man roster announced for USA 18U team

Southern California is well represented on the 20-man roster announced for the USA 18U baseball team.
Making the team were pitcher Hagen Danner from Huntington Beach; pitcher Kevin Gowdy from Santa Barbara; pitcher Reggie Lawson from Victor Valley; pitcher Nick Pratto from Huntington Beach; outfielder Blake Rutherford from Chaminade and infielder Hunter Greene from Sherman Oaks Notre Dame.
Danner, Gowdy, Rutherford and Greene are all UCLA commits.
The team will play in the WBSC 18U World Cup in Japan from Aug. 28-Sept. 6.
