Boys’ basketball: Cedric Jones is new coach at LaVerne Lutheran

Cedric Jones has been hired as the basketball coach at LaVerne Lutheran.
Jones, a Manual Arts grad, served as an assistant coach at St. John Bosco under Derrick Taylor and at Beverly Hills under Jarvis Turner.
He also coached at L.A. Southwest College under Reggie Morris Sr.
