Football: Anthony Muse of Sylmar has the run of the year

Anthony Muse’s 55-yard touchdown run against Eagle Rock last week in the City Section Division II semifinals was captured on video by LA36.
“It’s one of the best runs I’ve ever seen,” Sylmar Coach John Brazil said.
The play was a receiver reverse. Quarterback Clarence Williams handed the ball to running back Marcus Gandy, who tossed the ball to Muse running left. Then Muse changed directions and started right. Then he went back left. Then he went all the way right and cruised into the end zone.
Sylmar won the game, 70-28.
He’ll get to show off his skills on Saturday in the 3 p.m. Division II final against Hamilton at the Coliseum.
