Football: Crenshaw’s Ajene Harris is City Section player of the year in Division I

Quarterback Ajene Harris of Crenshaw has been named the City Section player of the year in Division I by the coaches’ association. He helped lead the Cougars to the Division I championship.
The co-offensive players of the year were quarterback Eban Jackson of Narbonne and Alexander Diamont of Venice. The defensive players of the year were Pete Palacios of San Pedro and Corey Walker of Crenshaw. The linemen of the year were John DeWig of Vence and Kenneth Davis of Crenshaw. Crenshaw’s Robert Garrett was the coach of the year.
