Football: Seven teams lose in top 25

Seven teams in The Times’ top 25 went down to defeat on Friday night, and one of them was Chino Hills.
Charter Oak’s Donavin Washington, a senior receiver with lots of speed, caught 14 passes for 213 yards in his team’s 24-17 victory over the No. 15-ranked Huskies in a Sierra League game.
Quarterback Kory Brown was 20 of 31 for 287 yards and one touchdown.
Also losing were No. 7 Chaminade, No. 8 Orange Lutheran, No. 11 Sherman Oaks Notre Dame, No. 16 JSerra, No. 21 Glendora and No. 25 Santa Margarita.
