The final score was 86-56. Corona Centennial’s football and basketball teams each won Friday night by the identical score. The football team won its Inland Division semifinal playoff game over Upland. The basketball team defeated Fresno Central by the same score.
In football, Tre Watson set a school record with 519 yards rushing and six touchdowns. The Huskies gained more than 900 yards in total offense.
Upland quarterback Tyler Hilinski passed for 429 yards and seven touchdowns.
Centennial will host Vista Murrieta, a 56-19 winner over Norco, in next week’s final.
