Update: The Kings play San Jose three times in their last 10 games, including two in the final three days of the regular season. Also, they face the Edmonton Oilers twice in four days. Kings Coach Darryl Sutter did think it was “surprising” to play so many games against one team. Not many would have guessed the Kings and Sharks would be in such a prolonged, tough fight for one of the remaining playoff spots in the Western Conference. “We all do our own little speculations in the summer and it always proves that most of them are wrong,” Sutter said Monday. Kings forward Trevor Lewis spoke about the chemistry between himand his linemates, left wing Dustin Penner and center Jarret Stoll. “We’re all kind of big guys that are responsible in our own zone,” Lewis said. “I think when we’re all moving our feet, being smart, we can create a lot of turnovers and pressure their [defense].”
