NFC notes: Buccaneers rookie Kwon Alexander expected to play after appealing suspension

Arizona: The Cardinals have won nine of their first 11 games in consec- utive seasons for the first time in franchise history, and lead the NFC West by three games.

Atlanta: Receiver Julio Jones leads the NFL with 94 catches, for 1,245 yards and six touchdowns. Quarterback Matt Ryan is 10-5 against the Buccaneers.

Carolina: The Panthers’ 15-game regular-season win streak began last year against the Saints. Carolina has won five of its last seven against New Orleans.

Chicago: Martellus Bennett leads all tight ends with 140 catches since 2014. He has 50 catches for 425 yards and three touchdowns this season.

Dallas: The Cowboys haven’t won a game this season without quarterback Tony Romo, who is out for the year with a broken collarbone.

Detroit: The Lions have not won the season series with the Packers since 1991, the latest fail in Thursday’s 27-23 loss on a Hail Mary with no time left.

Green Bay: Starting running back Eddie Lacey had only five carries in the Packers’ win over the Lions because of disciplinary reasons.

Minnesota: Four of the Vikings’ eight interceptions have come in the last three weeks, including three by cornerback Terence Newman, who also has 41 tackles.

New Orleans: Running back Mark Ingram has 1,095 total yards for the second time in his career, and for the second season in a row. He has five rushing touchdowns.

N.Y. Giants: The Giants have three rushing touchdowns through 11 games, their lowest total since 1996, when they had two. End Jason Pierre-Paul still has no sacks.

Philadelphia: Quarterback Sam Bradford expects to play against the Patriots after missing two games because of a concussion and a shoulder injury.

San Francisco: Corners Kenneth Acker and Tramaine Brock have three interceptions apiece. Blaine Gabbert threw for a career-high 318 yards last week.

Seattle: Seahawks Coach Pete Carroll was the Vikings’ defensive backs coach from 1985-89. Seattle has scored 100 points over the last three games.

St. Louis: The Rams have averaged 10 points the last three games of their four-game skid. Rookie Todd Gurley had 146 yards rushing in his NFL debut vs. Arizona.

Tampa Bay: Rookie linebacker Kwon Alexander is expected to play vs. the Falcons after appealing his four-game suspension for performance-enhancing drugs.

Washington: DeSean Jackson’s 63-yard catch last week was his 19th of more than 60 yards, tied for fourth-most all time. He has 212 yards receiving in five games.
