Miami (1-0) at Buffalo (1-0)

Sunday, 10 a.m.

Dolphins 24, Bills 21

TV: None. DirecTV: 705.

Line: Dolphins by 1. O/U: 43.

The Dolphins proved a lot with their victory over New England, especially on defense. Buffalo’s defensive line will test those Miami blockers, but the Dolphins win on the road.

New England (0-1) at Minnesota (1-0)

Sunday, 10 a.m.

Patriots 27, Vikings 21

TV: Channel 2. DirecTV: 706.

Line: Patriots by 3. O/U: 49.

Vikings have Adrian Peterson and Cordarrelle Patterson, but Bill Belichick is an ace at taking away a foe’s best weapons. The Patriots won’t lose two games in a row.

::

Jacksonville (0-1) at Washington (0-1)

Sunday, 10 a.m.

Redskins 27, Jaguars 20

TV: None. DirecTV: 707.

Line: Redskins by 6. O/U: 43 1/2.

The Jaguars gave the Eagles a scare in the opener before collapsing in the second half. The Redskins aren’t very good, but they get the edge here because they’re at home.

::

Atlanta (1-0) at Cincinnati (1-0)

Sunday, 10 a.m.

Bengals 24, Falcons 21

TV: None. DirecTV: 708.

Line: Bengals by 5. O/U: 48 1/2.

Coming off an emotional win over New Orleans, the Falcons have a banged-up offensive line. You do not want that against an explosive Cincinnati defensive front.

Detroit (1-0) at Carolina (1-0)

Sunday, 10 a.m.

Lions 23, Panthers 17

TV: None. DirecTV: 709.

Line: Panthers by 2 1/2. O/U: 43 1/2.

Carolina pulled off a big win at Tampa Bay, particularly without Cam Newton in the lineup. The Lions, loaded with offensive weapons, are ready to break out with a big road win

::

New Orleans (0-1) at Cleveland (0-1)

Sunday, 10 a.m.

Saints 31, Browns 17

TV: None. DirecTV: 710.

Line: Saints by 6 1/2. O/U: 47 1/2.

The Saints’ defense got torched at Atlanta, so that’s a vulnerability. But quarterback Drew Brees is going to come back with a vengeance in this game and win convincingly.

::

Arizona (1-0) at New York Giants (0-1)

Sunday, 10 a.m.

Cardinals 28, Giants 24

TV: None. DirecTV: 711.

Line: Cardinals by 2 1/2. O/U: 43.

The Cardinals typically don’t travel well, but Coach Bruce Arians will have them ready. The Giants are a mess and have yet to get their arms around their new offense.

Dallas (0-1) at Tennessee (1-0)

Sunday, 10 a.m.

Titans 27, Cowboys 24

TV: None. DirecTV: 712.

Line: Titans by 3 1/2. O/U: 49 1/2.

The Cowboys laid an egg in their opener, but their defense wasn’t an utter disaster. Still, Tennessee has enough to hang on and win this one at home.

::

Seattle (1-0) at San Diego (0-1)

Sunday, 1 p.m.

Chargers 23, Seahawks 21

TV: Channel 11. DirecTV: 713.

Line: Seahawks by 6. O/U: 44 1/2.

There’s a pattern of defending Super Bowl champions winning their opener, then taking a step back. Chargers are primed for a Week 2 upset, just like 2013 at Philadelphia.

::

St. Louis (0-1) at Tampa Bay (0-1)

Sunday, 1 p.m.

Buccaneers 21, Rams 13

TV: None. DirecTV: 714.

Line: Buccaneers by 5 1/2. O/U: 37.

Losing Sam Bradford continues to haunt Rams, who don’t have firepower to match the improved Buccaneers score for score. Buccaneers bounce back from loss.

::

Kansas City (0-1) at Denver (1-0)

Sunday, 1:15 p.m.

Broncos 38, Chiefs 20

TV: Channel 2. DirecTV: 715.

Line: Broncos by 13. O/U: 51 1/2.

Peyton Manning won’t let the offense fall asleep in the second half like it did in Week 1. The Chiefs are reeling after losing opener and two pivotal defenders for the season.

::

New York Jets (1-0) at Green Bay (0-1)

Sunday, 1:15 p.m.

Packers 31, Jets 14

TV: None. DirecTV: 716.

Line: Packers by 8 1/2. O/U: 46.

The Packers are better than they looked in their opener, and quarterback Aaron Rodgers will bounce back strong against the Jets, who are decent but nothing special.

::

Houston (1-0) at Oakland (0-1)

Sunday, 1:15 p.m.

Raiders 21, Texans 17

TV: None. DirecTV: 717.

Line: Texans by 3. O/U: 39 1/2.

Rookie quarterback Derek Carr will pick up his first career victory against his brother’s old team. The Texans are on the upswing, but losing Jadeveon Clowney was a setback.

::

Chicago (0-1) at San Francisco (1-0)

Sunday, 5:30 p.m.

49ers 31, Bears 17

TV: Channel 4.

Line: 49ers by 7. O/U: 48 1/2.

The Bears gave up 193 yards rushing to Buffalo, and that has to have the 49ers licking their chops. San Francisco isn’t losing its debut at its new digs in Santa Clara.

::

Philadelphia (1-0) at Indianapolis (1-0)

Monday, 5:30 p.m.

Colts 28, Eagles 24

TV: ESPN.

Line: Colts by 3. O/U: 53 1/2.

The Colts’ pass rush needs to get to Nick Foles better than it did to Peyton Manning last weekend. But Andrew Luck is a nightmare for opposing defensive coordinators.
