Second-half rally keys Chivas USA victory

Vancouver, Canada — Three second-half goals lifted Chivas USA over the Vancouver Whitecaps, 3-1, Saturday night.
Agustin Pelletieri scored for Chivas USA in the 47th minute to tie the score, 1-1, with an assist from Mauro Rosales, who assisted on the three goals.
Erick Torres put Chivas USA ahead, 2-1, in the 81st minute and Leandro Barrera scored into an empty net in stoppage time.
Carlyle Mitchell gave Vancouver a 1-0 lead in the 27th minute with an assist from Pedro Morales.
Vancouver’s Jordan Harvey was ejected in the 69th minute for a tackle on Oswaldo Minda.
