Update: The two teams share the same home field, StubHub Center, and this is the second of three games between them this year in what’s known as the “SuperClasico Series.” Chivas USA is the home team for this match. The teams played to a 1-1 tie in their first game March 17 when Chivas USA’s Carlos Alvarez scored with only one minute to play in regulation. On Sunday, defenseman Omar Gonzalez is expected to return to the Galaxy after his latest stint with the U.S. national team.
