UCLA basketball: Kyle Anderson, Jordan Adams suspended for one game
Guards Kyle Anderson and Jordan Adams, UCLA’s two best players, have been suspended for tonight’s game against Oregon.
The school announced that both were suspended for one game for “violating team rules.”
Anderson, the team’s point guard, averages 14.9 points, 8.6 rebounds and 6.9 assists per game. Adams leads the team in scoring, averaging 17.2 points. He also leads the Pac-12 in steals with 79. Both were at practice Tuesday.
UCLA (21-6 overall, 10-4 in Pac-12 play) plays Oregon (18-8, 6-8) at Pauley Pavilion at 8 p.m. The Bruins are currently second in the Pac-12.
