Brett Hundley might be UCLA’s best player, but he also plays in a conference loaded with quarterbacks. When ESPN released it’s preseason All-Pac-12 team Thursday morning, Hundley wasn’t listed, but three other Bruins were.
Those three are sophomore offensive lineman Alex Redmond, sophomore linebacker Myles Jack and senior linebacker Eric Kendricks.
Redmond, a freshman All-American at guard last year, has been shuffling positions throughout training camp. After UCLA’s top three centers went down, he moved over, but once Jake Brendel returns to full speed Redmond is expected to move back to guard.
Jack, of course, was the freshman sensation who played both linebacker and running back for the Bruins last season, and Kendricks has more tackles than any other Pac-12 player over the last three seasons, ESPN points out.
