Baseball: Catcher Jeffrey Murray is having a big season for La Mirada

It has been a good year for catchers, and one of the best is senior Jeffrey Murray of La Mirada.
He entered this past week hitting .453 with 34 hits and 22 RBIs and had thrown out 13 runners in 17 steal attempts.
La Mirada is tied with Glenn for first place in the Suburban League with two games left against Cerritos.
