Point Loma High School discovered the hard way that there is little bend in The Times’ Top 10 prep basketball poll.

The Pointers were dropped from the rankings after losing to Patrick Henry, 95-61, Wednesday and to Morse, 81-60, Friday.

Those were the only losses suffered last week by Top 10 teams. For the third straight week, the top eight teams remained the same.
