CLU’s Bonds Gets Honorable Mention

California Lutheran University quarterback Tom Bonds was an honorable mention selection on the National Assn. of Interscholastic Athletics Division III All-America football team.
Bonds, a sophomore, completed 178 of 319 for 2,427 yards and 17 touchdowns in leading Cal Lutheran to a 6-5 record during the school’s first season in the NCAA Western Football Conference.
Bonds completed 44 of 64 passes for 618 yards and 5 touchdowns in those two games.
