Occidental Defeats Christian Heritage
Kraig Kirkland scored 19 points to lead Occidental College to an 89-81 victory over Christian Heritage College Friday night at El Cajon Valley High School.
Occidental, an NCAA Division III school, led at halftime, 48-35. Christian Heritage is an NAIA school.
Rundy Foster and Mike Hunter each scored 19 points to lead Christian Heritage, which fell to 4-4. Occidental improved to 3-2.
Christian Heritage plays host to Christ College of Irvine at 7:30 tonight at Grossmont College.
