Stan Clark, offensive coordinator at Westminster High School last season, has been named the Lions’ co-coach with Jack Bowman.
Clark, Westminster’s athletic director, succeeds Jim O’Hara, who suffered a fatal heart attack last month after a jog on the school track. O’Hara had served as an assistant and head coach at Westminster for 16 years.
Clark was offensive line coach at Fountain Valley from 1966-78. He spent two years as an assistant at Ocean View, then joined Ray Shackleford’s staff at Golden West before coming to Westminster last year.
