The Dallas Cowboys signed defensive tackle Danny Noonan, an All-American from Nebraska, to a four-year contract worth an estimated $1.6 million. Noonan, a first-round draft pick, is expected to see some action Saturday when the Cowboys play the Houston Oilers in their final exhibition game
