Orange County Prep Football : Magnolia Rallies to Beat Savanna for Its First Win
Derrick Christian and Dave Rondou scored on long touchdown runs in the fourth quarter as Magnolia beat Savanna, 33-22, for its first victory of the season in an Orange League game in Handel Stadium at Anaheim.
Magnolia (1-7, 1-2) overcame a 22-14 deficit when quarterback Jody Clark, who struggled early, completed 5 passes for 44 yards in the last quarter and the Sentinels scored 19 points. Christian rushed for 82 yards and had 2 touchdowns. Savanna is winless in eight games this season.
