In sports: The Cal State Fullerton men’s basketball team plays Pacific Coast Athletic Assn. games at Fresno State on Thursday and at University of the Pacific on Saturday. The UC Irvine men’s basketball team plays a PCAA game at New Mexico State on Thursday. The Chapman men’s basketball team plays California Collegiate Athletic Assn. games at Cal State Northridge on Thursday and at Cal State Los Angeles on Saturday.
The Masters meet, qualifying for the state high school wrestling tournament, will be held Saturday at Fountain Valley High School.
