Western Oregon 9, U.S. International 6--Pat Rocco hit a three-run home run for USIU, but Western Oregon scored three times in the ninth for the victory at Players’ Field.

Point Loma Nazarene 6, Occidental 4; Point Loma Nazarene 9, Iowa 2--Scott Fredericks drove in four runs for the day as Point Loma Nazarene swept the two games at Point Loma.

Fredericks and Tony Nobiensky each hit a home run against Occidental, and Joe Marcione got the victory in relief.

Against Iowa, winner Larry Johnson (2-7) pitched a complete game, striking out seven, walking none and allowing five hits. Point Loma, winner of three in a row, is 7-18.
