Times to Host Awards Brunch on May 1st
The all-star boys’ and girls’ teams--each of which consists of 10 members--their coaches and parents, will be honored at The Times’ High School Basketball Awards Brunch on May 1 at the Anaheim Hilton.
All-star teams from 12 circulation areas will be honored at the ceremonies, which begin at 9 a.m. Players and coaches of the year also will be announced.
The featured speaker will be Loyola Marymount Coach Paul Westhead, whose team led Division I universities in scoring and won the West Coast Athletic Conference title this season.
