Glenn 13, Buena Park 7--Defensive back Albert Amaya returned a third-quarter interception 34 yards for a touchdown to lead Glenn at Buena Park High School.
Both teams scored on punt returns. Gerald Hickman returned a punt 79 yards for the Coyotes (1-1) in the first quarter. Travis Carter scored for Glenn (2-0) in the second quarter with a 71-yard punt return.
