SOUTHLAND : One Ticket Wins Lotto Jackpot

A ticket purchased in Palm Springs had all six numbers in Wednesday night’s Lotto 6-53 game, giving its lucky owner the $14.7-million jackpot, lottery officials said today.

The numbers picked Wednesday night were 1, 10, 23, 24, 26, 30 and the bonus number, 20.

Three tickets had five numbers plus the bonus number and are worth $197,140 each. They divide a prize pool of $591,422. The tickets were bought in Sherman Oaks, Orange and Bakersfield.

There were 164 tickets with five of six numbers, worth $3,606 each. Those tickets also share a $591,422 prize pool.
